Who is behind MAXX
You may be about to trust software with your CV and your application logins. It is normal to want to know who you are dealing with.

I write and answer myself: [email protected]. There is no call center behind this address, which means the answer sometimes takes a day, and that it comes from the person who wrote the code.
What MAXX does, exactly
MAXX fills in and sends applications on employers' portals, from your computer. It reads your CV once, asks you the questions it has no answer to, then types all of it into the forms for you. It is time given back, not a favor obtained from a recruiter.
What MAXX does not do
- No interview and no job is promised. No one can promise that, and a service that did would be lying to you.
- It does not cover every employer. Six recruiting systems are supported: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and Oracle Recruiting. An employer that built its own careers site will not go through.
- It does not pretend to be a human and does not get around any protection. When a portal asks for a verification, the application stops and you take it over.
- It never makes up an answer. When a form asks something it does not know, it stops and asks you — because an application with a false answer is worse than an application not sent.
Where your data goes
Your CV, your background and your answers are kept in your account, on our servers, so that the phone, the site and your computer see the same profile; your computer is what fills in the forms, which is why it must be on to apply. Portal passwords are encrypted. You download or delete everything, in one click, from the Account page. The full details are on the Privacy page.
If you change your mind
You have fourteen days to withdraw, and if MAXX has sent almost nothing the refund happens on its own from your Account page, without having to write or justify yourself. The exact conditions are in the terms of sale.
There are no customer reviews here yet
Because there are not yet enough customers for reviews to mean anything. The day there are, they will be published with the person's name and consent, and not otherwise. In the meantime, the only honest argument is to let you try: drop a CV on the home page, and MAXX shows you a real employer form already filled in, with no account and no payment.
